Refund Policy
This policy covers refunds for digital fix-plan credits purchased from Plumbbyus.

Digital credits
All purchases are digital fix-plan credits in USD. Because credits are delivered digitally, please review the pack details before buying.
When you can request a refund
- You were charged in error or charged twice.
- A technical fault prevented you from using purchased credits.
- You request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
Non-refundable
Credits that have already been used to generate plans are generally non-refundable, since the digital service was delivered.
Current checkout status
Checkout is presently a placeholder and no card is charged, so no real transactions exist to refund yet. This policy will apply once live payments are enabled.
