Because Plumbbyus is digital, there is nothing to return. Here is how we handle problems instead.

Nothing physical to return
Plumbbyus provides digital fix-plan credits only. There are no physical goods, so there are no physical returns or return shipping.
If a purchase went wrong
- Charged in error or twice? See our refund policy.
- Credits not delivered due to a fault? Email us and we will fix it.
- Unhappy with unused credits within 14 days? Request a refund.
Materials you bought elsewhere
Any parts or tools listed in a plan are bought from third-party retailers, so their returns are handled under that retailer's policy, not ours.
